The enrollment fee covers the cost of materials and time to make your custom trays and a 2-week supply of whitening gel.

No problem! As long as they’re in good shape, you will be eligible to receive the complimentary tube of whitening gel.

If you take good care of your trays, they will last a long time. In the event they break or become lost, we’ll be happy to make you new ones for a small fee.

We understand that schedules change and that you may need to reschedule your appointment. If you fall off your recommended schedule by more than two months, you may still have a tube of whitening gel after your cleaning, but you will be charged for its cost. From this point forward, you will be considered back on track.

Not all patients are good candidates for whitening. Ask Dr. Degnen or your hygienist if it’s right for you.

Other than the two mentioned above, no! Your membership is valid as long as Dr. Degnen retains her private practice in dentistry.
