Dr. Degnen and her team feel that every patient in our practice deserves to have the whitest and brightest smile that nature intended. We are very excited to offer our patients this special program called “Whiter & Brighter Smiles for Life!”
When you come to our office for your preventive examination, x-rays and hygiene cleaning, we will provide you with a set of custom trays and a 2-week supply of whitening gel for a one-time, $99.00 enrollment fee. Then, at each recommended preventive visit, you will receive a complimentary tube of whitening gel to help keep your smile as white and bright as possible!
All we ask of you in return is to:
- Make and keep your pre-appointed routine cleaning appointments as directed by your hygienist. Regular visits help ensure your long-term dental health and reduce the likelihood of emergencies. We are happy to provide this extra bonus to our patients who are committed to their dental health.
- Provide us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or change an appointment. The courtesy of advance notice allows us to provide exceptional service to all of our patients.
Frequently Asked Questions
The enrollment fee covers the cost of materials and time to make your custom trays and a 2-week supply of whitening gel.
No problem! As long as they’re in good shape, you will be eligible to receive the complimentary tube of whitening gel.
If you take good care of your trays, they will last a long time. In the event they break or become lost, we’ll be happy to make you new ones for a small fee.
Not all patients are good candidates for whitening. Ask Dr. Degnen or your hygienist if it’s right for you.
Other than the two mentioned above, no! Your membership is valid as long as Dr. Degnen retains her private practice in dentistry.
